Hello, I am Jitka
Coach | Mentor | Educator | Creative Companion
I have spent the last eight years working at the intersection of education, creativity, language, and social impact. My background is rooted in teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals of all ages – from students and teachers to artists, designers, leaders, and changemakers.
I love learning, languages, and writing. I spent most of my professional career teaching English at a university, where I also worked as head of the Language Centre for several years. My desire to help drive meaningful change in the educational system was the main motivation behind my career shift into freelancing. You can learn more about me from a podcast on Radio Prague International.
I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and hold their accreditation on the EIA Practitioner level.
As a Czech native fluent in English, I have always lived between worlds – and I love helping others navigate theirs.
I work with:
✔ Educators looking to bring more creativity and purpose into their practice
✔ Artists, writers, and creatives seeking support and accountability
✔ Individuals and organizations driving social or cultural change
✔ English language learners ready to express themselves with confidence
✔ Writers working on academic, personal, or professional projects
Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive people (HSPs), and I tailor my approach to support their unique needs.
I bring empathy, structure, and a deep belief in the power of authentic communication.
I believe in learning as a transformative journey – personal, creative, and deeply human. My coaching is relational, reflective, and always responsive to your personal context and goals. I bring presence, curiosity, and a non-judgmental space where your ideas and challenges are truly heard.
Together, we will build a path that is not only productive, but meaningful.
